Slynk was founded on a simple observation: employers spend real money on wellness, but most of it is not tied to any verified behavior. We built a platform that makes wellness budget conditional, measurable, and worth defending.

Our Mission

Slynk exists to prove that wellness budget should be tied to verified behavior, not just approved purchases. When employers only pay for outcomes employees actually earn, everyone gets a better system.

We still believe HSA and PHSP administration matter. But they are not the main event. The main job is helping employers turn wellness spend into real incentives and real accountability. That is what Slynk measures, rewards, and reports.

Why We Built Slynk

Before Slynk, our founders spent years inside the employee benefits industry. They watched companies hand out wellness stipends, reimburse receipts, and hope healthier behavior would follow. Usually, it did not.

The technology to verify healthy behavior already existed. Apple Health and wearable devices were generating accurate data about what people were actually doing. But no one had built a benefits model where employer dollars were released only after that behavior was verified.

That is what Slynk does. We turn wellness budget into outcome-based monthly rewards, and we keep optional HSA administration available for employers that still need it.
